Foster The People Mesa Concert reviews
good stuff
"Decked out in cut-off jeans and more than a buzz, an aging white trash homeless dude lightly accosted us show-goers while standing in line for the show. He was standing pretty close to me, but I'd say 10 of us could clearly hear him asking, 'what brings you people here?' Everyone was silent, so he repeated his question. Again, silence. I snarked in with, 'isnt it obvious?' 'What?' he quickly asked. 'Whats that?' my friend, Sid, turned to him and said 'Foster The People,' like, we're here to see them. Now, I don't know if he thought Sid said 'isnt it obvious,' but he kinda went after him. I stood back and watched. It all happened pretty quick. 'What?' he asked as the line started moving, then, with a little more feeling, he said, 'well, I'm the drummer in Foster The People, and you're rude!' This, of course, turned out to be 'Gary,' their original drummer. Sid thinks he tainted the show. I say it was rock n roll. We both want to know if he is actually on the full tour with the band."
